Therefore, we have developed three variants of our brand new suspension system for the Mitsubishi L200: With lift kits of +50/50mm, +50/+65 and +60mm/+75mm trail master by maas offers by various types of suspensions unique diversity with system.

System solution |

• Lift kit (+50/+50 mm) with newly developed coil over "orange" struts and rear axle block kit to use the original springs. |
• Lift kit (+50/+60 mm) with coil over "orange" struts, front axle coil springs and rear axle leaf springs for the complete replacement of original springs. |
• Lift kit (+65/+75mm) with coil over "orange" struts, front axle coil springs and rear axle leaf springs for the complete replacement of original springs.
• The lift up to +65 mm on the front axle is achieved through additional adapters. At the rear axle a newly developed leaf spring offers a lift by +75 mm.
• As an internally tuned spring-damper system this combination (+65/+75 mm) is unique on the European market.

Front axle |
• At the front axle "orange" struts are used. Using the included collar and the ring coil over kit, the customer can adjust the height of his vehicle at the front of independently- for example after mounting a winch. This possibility of "orange" struts and coil over is patented.
• The characteristic of the "orange" strut has been specially adapted to the new trail master by maas lifting coil springs at the front axle.

Rear axle |
• Suspension lift of the rear axle by +50 mm block kit. Use with the original springs. Optimized damping by tuned stage II shock absorbers. |
• For the rear axle, a new leaf spring was developed; a new bushing kit, matching U-Bolt kit and bump stops are included in the lifting system. Furthermore stage II dampers that are adjusted to the spring characteristic of the new leaf springs belong to the scope of delivery. |
• For a significant lifting of the rear axle up to +75 mm a new leaf spring was developed; a new bushing kit, matching U-Bolt kit and bump stops are included in the lifting system. Furthermore stage II dampers that are adjusted to the spring characteristic of the new leaf springs belong to the scope of delivery. |
• For maximum of outgoing movement and thus for the possibility of a large entanglement in off-road use two extended brake hoses, an extended breather hose and the associated mounting hardware are included.
• In conjunction with the newly designed Stage II shocks for the rear axle and ball joint spacer at the front axle it follows in the results in a suspension system that on-road and even in extreme off-road applications provides perfect stability and traction.
