The springs are manufactured from a high quality C-steel and in a complex procedure heated and cooled down. In a second step they are blasted and coated. After these procedures we can guarantee a stabile and long lasting spring. In off road use and at high loading the springs stay in form and keep the length. Of course it is a precondition, that the springs are used following all our requirements.

For each new application our springs are newly designed. At first we decide
on the style, following the requirements of the car. After this we decide on the necessary spring rate, which is the result out of calculations and test drives.
At last we decide on the progression of the spring rate. Then we enter all data
in a recent computer software which calculates and draws the new spring.

Besides the quality and the stability of the spring the spring rate is of particular importance. The spring must be up to all driving situations and must be able to absorb all load variations. We reach this through using the right wire diameter and the right design of the windings. Often it is fair when springs just have a linear spring rate. This means, the force is equal on the complete compression. But often we use a progressive design for our springs – with increasing load the force of the spring grows. In so doing the spring absorbes high payload or fast moving better and easier.
