Polyurethane Bushings
A small part with many functions – damping, bearing, isolation and guidance are the most important. Because of these multiple functions we did pay a special attention on polyurethane bushings. The result is a brand new design of bushings with many innovations and specialties.

Still the major usage of the bushings is in leaf spring eyes. It is the bearing of the leaf spring. A solid bushing has to guide the spring and the axle to guarantee a correct directional stability. But the bushings must not be too hard. They have to isolate noise between axle and frame. Bushings move, so they have to be greased. For each function we did develop the best possible solution. The result is a polyurethane bushing which you cannot compare to a simple rubber bushing – which you even cannot compare to a standard poly bushing. The raw material is a extreme resistant polyurethane which is produced exactly following our specifications and is processed in our new molds.
